UPDATE: 27/02/23
It has been a few weeks now since we introduced our new booking system. We thank you for your patience during the setup and testing process.
Most issues have been relatively straightforward to resolve. We are still working on the function to move a booking from one event to another in the instance of forced unattendance due to Covid or other illness!

There have been some rumblings around the repetitive nature of booking events with the need to input details each time. This can be resolved by creating an account in Entry Master, logging Parents details and Members details along with their Pony Club Membership number. Don’t forget to add the horse and pony details along with passport details too if inclined as this function will allow future auto checking in larger events in the future! Adding these details (setting up your account) allows us to better support you by allowing us to add late entries after the closing date!

  • Profiles – if you set up your details, riders and ponies, future entries will self populate.
  • Enter Events – does what it says on the tin! Use the arrows on the right hand side of the screen to expand/collapse the selection information as required.
  • Entry History – did I enter for the next working rally? You can check now.
  • Transactions – that confirmation that your payment has gone through.
  • Payments – will now go through Stripe and not PayPal.
  • The same reduction in repetitive keystrokes can be achieved when paying for an event in Stripe by creating an account and logging your details rather than checking out as a guest (which over 50% of transactions are).

  • Events will only appear on the new system. Events will be added slowly a few weeks ahead.
  • As with the old system, events will close a very strict 3 days before the day of the event at midnight.
  • Please BOOK IN with the organiser before you pay! Any refunds will NOT include Stripe or Booking fees!
  • Remember, you will need the membership number of the rider to book an event on the new system. This is checked as you go to pay!
