New Booking System

Our NEW booking system is now live! Check it out here: https://fndpc.entrymaster.online/. New events will only appear on the new system. Events will be added slowly a few weeks ahead.

As with the old system, events will close a very strict 3 days before the day of the event at midnight. Please BOOK IN with the organiser before you pay! Any refunds will NOT include Stripe or Booking fees!

Remember, you will need the membership number of the rider to book an event on the new system. This is checked as you go to pay. To enter the branch, you need to only enter the first two letters, ie “FL” and the lookup should fill in the rest. It will be easier to complete the form in future if you register.

Any issues please email support@fndponyclub.org.uk. We will try to answer any issues within 24 hours, but usually much quicker. Please describe the issue in detail and include your name and phone number and best time to call.

Membership Renewal

Renewal emails are flying out to many of our Members this month to share your personal link to renew online. We know there is a busy training period already starting to prepare for competitions, like our Spring Festival and many of you are busy completing Pony Club badges in the winter months, so look out for your renewal email so your membership doesn’t lapse.

Please also remember if your membership expires so does your insurance!

Our Membership Team are also here to help, just email: membership@pcuk.org if you have any questions and we look forward to you joining us again in 2023.

Hats and Hat Tags

In order to ensure riders are wearing the most up to date riding hats, please note that from 1 January 2023, the following hat standards will no longer be accepted, due to the age of hats made to these standards:

  1. PAS015 1998
  2. SNELL 2001

To manage this change, a new colour of hat tags will be required for all BE PC and BRC activities from 1 January 2023. All hats that are currently tagged but remain compliant will require a new tag.

Iona and Bethan will be attending rallies and will tag hats, or you can call in with Bethan (ring first).
