Event Booking Payments
Following the withdrawal of PayPal support from the Pony Club, we have transitioned to using Stripe! This is even more secure than PayPal. You will now only see a logo, you will need your card details each time you purchase an Event Booking. This is temporary until we roll out the system described below.
There will be more changes too, over the next weeks as we roll out a new Booking System when the new Spring Events are released and confirmed. We will post more information about this as we get more details. The new system will require you to know your children’s PCUK number, without this, you will not be able to log on to any event. The new system will also be using Stripe, so no further Payment changes.

BSF Arena Eventing at Kelsall Hill EC on Saturday 14th January and Dressage Qualifying Final at Northop Equestrian on 15th January 2023
Please find attached the schedules for the BSF Area Arena Eventing and Dressage Qualifying Competitions on 14 and 15 January.
Please do share these with your members, via email and FB. Please do remember a couple of points:
- Direct Entry
For both Dressage and Arena Eventing Area Competitions these are direct entry so members are not required to have competed in any previous dressage competition.
- Team Competitions in both Dressage & Arena Eventing
New for 2023 – Branches/Centres may enter a team of three or four members in the Dressage and Arena Eventing Area Qualifying Competition. Team members can compete at different levels, or all at the same level, or a mixture of the two.
A team must comprise at least three members (i.e. one member may ride two horses) and the top three scores to count. If any of the individual qualifiers are in a qualifying team, then their place will be passed down the line

- PC Area 4 and 5 BSF Arena Eventing Qualifying Competition schedule 14th January 2023
- PC Area 5 BSF Dressage Qualifying Competition schedule 15th January 2023
The competition on 15 January will be restricted to a BSF Dressage Qualifying Competition Final, with a couple of warm up classes. The warm-up classes are individual only and the Spring Festival classes are Individual and Team. https://branches.pcuk.org/burtoncheshireforest/
It is hoped members will wish to enter as Individuals and also consider competing as a Team.
A couple of Branches have expressed interest in running a WL Dressage competition. To accommodate these competitions the WL Area Dressage Final has been moved towards the end of February, early March – date and venue will shortly be confirmed.
