Area 5 Winter League and Dengie Show Jumping: Bold Heath have altered their vaccination requirement

Bold Heath are now willing to accept proof of flu vaccination within the last 12 months (although in line with BEF they would RECOMMEND a booster within 6 months). This may well allow some ponies to compete on Saturday that may have been excluded.

Any pony having restarted a course must still have had the first 2 vaccinations to compete and the 3rd vaccination between 150 and 215 days. Horses and ponies MAY compete straight after the 3rd vaccination, after the annual booster and after 6 month booster. They may NOT compete for 7 days after the 2nd vaccination of a new course.

Entries are still open.

Volunteer at Royal Windsor Horse Show

Have you ever wanted to be part of making Royal Windsor Horse Show happen? Well now is your chance! We are looking for volunteers to come and help us at this year’s Show.  

All Windsor volunteers will receive a Royal Windsor Horse Show polo shirt, jacket and baseball cap as well as four complimentary general entry tickets for Thursday, Friday or Sunday of Royal Windsor Horse Show. Volunteers will also be provided with meal vouchers for the duration of their shifts.

We ask our volunteers to help at a number of positions across the showground; these might be at horse-crossing points, greeting the public, working in the stables area, stewarding at the Endurance competition amongst many more. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. 

Some camping is available for volunteers who are able to supply their own camping equipment. This is allocated on a first come first served basis. We regret that we are not able to offer any other accommodation or pay travel expenses. 

Our volunteers are very important to us and you are often the first face that the public see, so we strive to make your role at the Show as enjoyable as possible.
