RDA centre visit
Would anyone be interested in a visit to the Clwyd RDA centre in Llanfynydd on Thursday 3rd November? We can arrange a session on the mechanical horse for members who are interested. Charge TBC. Please let Iona know if you would be interested (Secretary@fndponyclub.org.uk).

Dressage Training
We have the amazing Stena Hoerner teaching every month so we do hope you will support these lessons. Stena Hoerner is an International Dressage Rider and Team GB Coach (coach to Georgia Wilson who won a bronze medal at Tokyo Paralympics).
- Won two national championships
- Won 4 regional titles
- Worked for Michael Eilberg as a working pupil -Worked in Germany with a top Grand Prix rider
All levels welcome. £30 for individual and £15 shared lesson. 45 mins. Please email dressage@fndponyclub.org.uk to book.
Mounted Games Rallies
If anyone is interested in attending mounted games rallies, please use this form to say which dates you’re available between now and Christmas. This is open to all members up to 18 years old. You do not need to have any games experience. If you have any questions, please contact Fran (mounted.games@fndponyclub.org.uk). If there is enough interest, this will be split into 3 groups: lead rein, juniors (under 12), and seniors and pairs (12-18).
If you plan to compete in 2023, these will count towards the required 3 rallies.
Regular games training will start in January – dates TBC.
Winter League Show Jumping – Results
The second winter league of the season was at Somerford Park. We had 10 members representing F&D.
- Class 1: Elliw was in a mixed team that came 4th
- Class 2: Esyllt was in a mixed team that came 5th
- Class 2: Catherine, Summer, Alex and Helen made up the Winter League team. The team won, and Summer finished individual 1st and Alex individual 2nd, with a lovely clear from Catherine.
- Class 3: the non-Winter League team consisted of Ceri, Catrin and Alex all went clear to finish team 2nd, and individual 5th place went to Catrin.
- Class 5: We managed to make a team with Twm, Catrin and Amber, which was great! The team came 4th.
- Class 7: mixed team with Amber came 2nd and individual 5th for Amber.
Thank you to all the members for supporting this event as it’s quite a trek for most of you and an early start.
You were all turned out very smart indeed and rode some super rounds, great effort!
Well done all of you and hopefully see you at the next one which we will be hosting: Sunday 30th October at the Maelor Equestrian Centre.
