Show Jumping Rally – Non-Winter League
Show jumping rallies for non-winter league children. Must be off the lead. 40cm group and 50cm group. 4th November at 9.30am and 25th November at 5pm at Hafod. Names to Mari (junior.rally@fndponyclub.org.uk).
RDA centre visit
Would anyone be interested in a visit to the Clwyd RDA centre in Llanfynydd on Thursday 3rd November? We can arrange a session on the mechanical horse for members who are interested. Charge TBC. Please let Iona know if you would be interested (Secretary@fndponyclub.org.uk).
Mounted Games Rallies
If anyone is interested in attending mounted games rallies, please use this form to say which dates you’re available between now and Christmas. This is open to all members up to 18 years old. You do not need to have any games experience. If you have any questions, please contact Fran (mounted.games@fndponyclub.org.uk).
If you plan to compete in 2023, these will count towards the required 3 rallies.
Regular games training will start in January – dates TBC.

Congratulations to Elsie for her amazing achievement at HOYS: Supreme Pony of the Year.

Congratulations also to the following members who have been representing the branch at dressage and Tetrathlon:
- Belle Hudson won her class – the Walk and Trot test – at the WL Dressage competition run by Burton Cheshire Forest. Seren Griffiths came 1st in the Novice Test, Amber Bellis came 1st in the Intermediate Test and Summer Bellis came 2nd in the Intermediate Test
- At the Tetrathlon held by Cheshire South, Alys Evans finished 3rd, Anni Morgan 3rd, Nansi Evans 8th, Catrin Morgan 8th and Helen Jones 5th
- Leah Lamb 1st open triathlon girls
- Margaret Pownall 2nd
- Harriet Pownall 1st junior triathlon

Pony Club Polocrosse Autumn Challenge
Leia Lloyd Williams, and Isabella and Daisy Stone competed in the Pony Club Polocrosse Autumn Challenge for Flint & Denbigh Pony Club. It was Leia’s last competition before she moves up in to Seniors so they were delighted to win the Open Junior section of the competition. There were also prizes for Best Number 1 for Daisy and Best Number 3 for Isabella. Isabella also won the best Pony Club female player for the tournament too. It was a great success for Flint & Denbigh.
