Pony Club Championships
Congratulations to Twm Cernyw for coming 4th in the open novice dressage and Amber Bellis 4th in the intermediate dressage.
Well done to all the members who competed: quite an achievement to qualify for the championships.
Good luck to Thea Griffith who will be competing at the Grassroots horse trials championships this next week end at Eland Lodge.
The Flint & Denbigh polocrosse team of Leia Lloyd Williams on Val, Isabella Stone on Chuna and Daisy Stone on Little V all competed in the Open Juniors section of the Polocrosse Pony Club Championships at the weekend. They played some very tough qualifying matches to secure their place in the final against the Kent and Llangeinor team which they won 11-7. This was a fantastic achievement, especially considering Daisy is still young enough to compete in the Mini section. The girls all rode really well and also kept their horses in great shape despite the sweltering heat.
