Winter League Show Jumping Trophies
The WL trophies have gone missing. Could we please ask all members who have competed in the WL SJ competitions over the last 3 years to check their cupboards, shelves, lorries etc. Someone must have them. Please, please check, and let Iona know if you find any, or if you have any ideas where they may be (secretary@fndponyclub.org.uk).

Pony Club AGM and Volunteers Conference – Belfast, November 2022
The draft timetable is:
- Tuesday 1st November: Meetings of Sports Chairmen and Area Representatives in the morning and The Pony Club AGM in the afternoon.
- Wednesday 2nd November: Volunteer Conference 10am – 4pm. The themes and speakers are being refined.
The formal proceedings will cease at the end of the Conference and anyone wishing to do so is free to return home. However, having made the journey to Belfast it is hoped the rarefied Irish air will be the catalyst and tonic to refresh, team build and reinvigorate everyone away from the every-day pressures of home. To that end The Pony Club are planning to arrange a drinks reception in the wonderful Titanic Drawing Offices on the evening of 2nd November. This will be a paid event, subsidised by The Pony Club, which it is hoped will appeal to everyone who has made the journey. Details will also be provided of excursions which you may wish to do on Thursday 3rd November, before returning home.
Results from Area 5 BAH SF Area Dressage Final
On behalf of Burton and Cheshire Forest, who ran the Area Final for the BAH SF Festival yesterday, please find attached the results, which includes those who have qualified for the BAH SF Dressage Final at Arena UK on Saturday 9th April.
The results have been submitted to the Pony Club. The judges commented on how well all competitors and ponies were turned out, and how beautifully they all rode. Many thanks to BCF, and parents from other branches, who helped on the day.
Please note:
- Mimi Jones qualified in both the Novice and Intermediate classes. Only the Intermediate Qualifier ticket can be used, so Novice qualification passes down to Summer Bellis. This is reflected on the attached Members Qualified.
- The first FOUR in each section qualify for the Final – shown in bold.
- Entries for the BAH SF Dressage Finals Close on 28th March 2022.
- There appear to be some other dressage classes being held at the SF Finals, which members may wish to enter.
Unable to go to the Final – please notify The Pony Club Office as soon as possible at dressage@pcuk.org so the qualifying place can be passed down the line (this will only be done up until five days prior to the Final).
