Mounted Games Competition

Good luck to the 3 Flint & Denbigh Mounted Games teams travelling to Ireland this weekend for the International Competition at Punchestown Racecourse:

  • Seniors: Alex Owen, Cari Jones, Ellie Richardson, Katie Davies and Twm Cernyw
  • Juniors: Abbie Richardson, Katy Connor Jones, Maisie Lester, and Ceri and Leia Lloyd Williams
  • Under 10s: Mali Roberts, Rosie Connor Jones, and Lleucu and Macsen Newton

DENGIE WINTER LEAGUE DRESSAGE

Very few of you know that, like the Dengie Showjumping Competition, there is the same for Dressage.

Tests for this season can all be found on the Pony Club website:

  • Novice Test 2018
  • Intermediate Test 2013
  • Open Test 2015

Below is the list of dates, along with the Branch organising the event and the venue:

  • Oct 21st: Cheshire Hunt North at Huntersgate Equestrian Centre. Cheshire Hunt North have 3 other classes for beginners: PC walk and trot test 2013, First ridden walk and trot test 2013, and Grassroots test 2016. Closing date is 15th October. Entries online on CHN website.
  • Nov 18th: Flint & Denbigh at Northop
  • Nov 25th: Cheshire Hunt North at Huntersgate Equestrian Centre
  • Dec 8th: Dwyfor at Bryn Derw (no Open at this event)
  • Jan 20th: Cheshire Hunt North at Huntersgate Equestrian Centre

Please enter the competitions by the due date.

Our first Dressage Test Day is Saturday 13th October. Places will be limited and preference will be given to those who are competing on 21st October. Please let Jane know which test you are practising when booking your place (dressage@fndponyclub.org.uk).
