TO ALL PARENTS/ GUARDIANS OF CAMPERS
Attached is the duty rota for camp. There are still spaces that need to be filled in so that camp runs safely.
Please make a note of which duties you have volunteered to do.
Ensure that you turn up in plenty of time. I do not want to have to chase after parents at camp to do their duties.
Parents are NOT to follow their child’s rides around, unless the child is on or just off lead rein.
