Summer Mounted Games Training
There are some mounted games training sessions in the fixture list which are aimed at those new to mounted games. However, if any members who already do games (but are not training for Zone) would like to join, you would also be welcome. Please contact Fran if you’re interested (francescahughes.36@gmail.com). Depending on numbers, it may be necessary to put on a second session.
Area 5 Dressage
Area 5 Dressage is being held at Glan Y Wern Farm on Sunday 11th July. Good luck to our members who will be competing.
Main Camp
Donations of cakes, biscuits or fruit would be much appreciated for camp. Please bring them on the first morning.
Sir WWW Mini/Junior Tetrathlon and One Day Event – Weekend 17/18th July
Sir WWW are holding a confidence building Mini/Junior Tetrathlon and ODE at The Greaves, Threapwood, Malpas SY14 7BY, with classes for lead rein/assisted up to 90cm XC.

Royal Windsor Horse Show
Congratulations to Twm Cernyw who competed at Royal Windsor Horse Show. He was a member of the Welsh Team who were 2nd.
Congratulations also to Rosie Connor, who was a member of the Welsh mounted games team who were 1st.
Area Horse Trials – Results
The Area Horse Trials were held last Saturday at Somerford Park. Leah Lamb, Poppy Dowber, Isabelle Grice and Twm Cernyw represented our Branch. They were all looking very smart and rode extremely well.
It was a very long day which was very well organised by Geoff Bell and his team. Thank you to all volunteers that helped run this event.
I would also like to thank our past members/parents who gave up their time to help out on the day. Without these volunteers there would not be a competition.
