As we will soon be resuming branch activities, I would like to remind everyone attending to read the guidelines set out by our branch and head office.
The branch has planned activities (https://fndponyclub.org.uk/2020/06/new-fixture-list-july-2020-october-2020/) in a sensible manner, in accordance with local government guidelines.
We must all ensure we adapt to these new measures. Our priority is always the safety of our members, their families and volunteers.
We ask that all members remain respectful of the decisions made by our branch committee.
There is no obligation for any member/parent to attend activities if they are not comfortable with any activity being put on by the Branch.

Pay for Pony Club activities online and in advance
As stated last week, payment for any events in the new fixture list is required in advance through the online booking system: https://fndponyclub.org.uk/bookings/. Contact the organiser before booking to secure your place, then pay for that event online. We have removed the need to sign into our system and the details required are simply now the Rider’s name, parent or guardian email and telephone number.

It would be best to come tacked up where possible, and for the rider ready at home in order to have a more efficient change over of rides. Remember Wales is still not allowed gatherings of more than 6 people.
