Winter League Show Jumping Rules

Please find WL SJ rules attached with some slight changes.

Send any comments or queries you may have to Meg (area5@pcuk.org).

The main changes are:

  • Class 1A is 60 cm.
  • 1 Rider, 1 pony, 2 Classes: first ride is the Winter League ride. Second ride could be if there is a change of course between the classes (see rule 8.2).
  • 1 Rider, 2 ponies, 1 Class: first ride is WL.
  • 1 Rider, 2 ponies, 2 Classes. As in bold above.
  • Rule 5.1.4: At any one competition, a rider may only compete in one WL team.
  • Branches who are co-hosting can, if they wish, have joint teams which will count for points.

  • 6th October: Winter League Show Jumping, East Cheshire, Somerford
  • 27th October: Triathlon, Mold
  • 10th November: Winter League Show Jumping, Berwyn and Dee/Tanatside, Southview
  • 24th November: Winter League Show Jumping, Flint and Denbigh
  • 8th December: Winter League Show Jumping, Burton Cheshire Forest, Southview
  • 12th January 2020: Area 5 Triathlon, Mold
  • 19th January 2020: Winter League Show Jumping, Cheshire Hunt South, Southview
  • 2nd February: Winter League Show Jumping, WWW/Waen Y Llyn, Northop
