Mounted Games

The newbies and novices sessions have been very well attended so thank you to all for taking part. The last of these sessions is on 20th December so please book in with Chrissie by email (denbighshiremga@mail.com), if you have not already done so. In January we will start the general training sessions which will be run alongside the clinics with Elaine Trevor Jones. Again, please book into these, as Chrissie needs to know if there are enough numbers to split into different groups. The first New Year training is Sunday 3rd January. The cost is £4, and £3 for extra siblings.

Dressage

On Sunday 22nd Sian Lind and Apachie entered their first dressage competition at Cheshire Hunt North. They eventually found Hunters Gate! It was a large class and Sian finished a respectful 6th. Thank you to Paul Davies for the coaching.

Show Jumping Rally  at Aintree with Katy Powell Jones

We have hired Aintree Indoor Arena with all their professional jumps for the morning of Saturday, 9th January, 2016. This session is aimed at those who are already jumping rounds confidently (to give an idea 80cm/90cm/100cm/ upwards),  and for older members who maybe have novice horses. Cost will be £10 for an hour session, with no more than 5 in a group. If there is enough demand we may be able to have a smaller height group. If you would like a space please contact Aloma asap (johnaloma@tiscali.co.uk) stating your preferred height jumping confidently.

Aloma will cancel some sessions before Christmas if there is not enough interest, but this would be a good opportunity to get your ponies back into fitness after the Christmas season.
