The newbies and novices sessions have been very well attended so thank you to all for taking part. The last of these sessions is on 20th December so please book in with Chrissie by email (, if you have not already done so. In January we will start the general training sessions which will be run alongside the clinics with Elaine Trevor Jones. The cost is £4, and £3 for extra siblings.

We have hired Aintree Indoor Arena with all their professional jumps for the morning of Saturday, 9th January, 2016. This session is aimed at those who are already jumping rounds confidently (to give an idea 80cm/90cm/100cm/ upwards),  and for older members who maybe have novice horses. Cost will be £10 for an hour session, with no more than 5 in a group. Winter League Show Jumping – Results

Another excellent day for Flint & Denbigh  in Class 2 at Dwyfor and Dolgellau & District Winter League Show Jumping competition. The League team of Jac Cernyw, Carys Roberts, Emily Vaarkamp, and Heledd Roberts, finished as the only team with no faults earning them a well-deserved first place.

In the individual placing Carys Ann Roberts picked up overall 1st with Heledd Roberts achieving 3rd and Jac Cernyw placed 4th.

The luck continued in Class 3, with the Flint & Denbigh team of Rhys Cernyw, Millie Dalton and Leah Jones riding for Flint & Denbigh. The team won the class, and Heledd Roberts, who was riding as an individual, won the individual competition, with Rhys Cernyw individual 2nd, Millie Daulton individual 3rd, and Leah Jones individual 5th.
