DC’s Report from Championships

I have just spent two great days at the Pony Club Championships. The Flint and Denbigh Branch were flying the flag and had an amazing time, winning the Open Show Jumping and 2nd in the Open Horse Trials competition, along with Brier Leahy coming 3rd in her arena Intermediate Dressage and Sophie Toogood winning the Individual Show Jumping competition.

Lucy Roberts, Sophie Wilson & Katie Davies also competed and did very well.

Show Jumping at Denbigh Show

Thank you to the members who supported the Show Jumping at Denbigh Show on Saturday. We raised £83 for the Flint & Denbigh Pony Club Branch. A big thank you to Jane Gough Roberts who gave her time to run this competition for us. Thank you also to the members and parents who helped set up on Friday and clear away after the show on Saturday.
