Congratulations and Well Done …
to the F&D Senior A Games Team who have qualified through to the Zone Competition. Becky Sedcole, Sam Owen, Alys Williams, Alex Major & Charlotte Williams will be competing on Saturday 30th June at Onley, Rugby. Well Done also to all the other members who represented the F&D Branch at the Area 5 Games. Senior B Team were 7th and Senior C competed H/C and did really well. Both the Junior Teams performed well, finishing 5th and 9th overall.

Winter League Introduction …
evening on the 28th May. If any members are thinking of competing at the Winter League SJ competitions next season, they should attend this evening. Also the members who have already competed previously should be attending, as some of the Rules may have changed.

Tetrathlon Training Day
A flyer is attached for a Tetrathlon Training Day with North Shropshire PC on the 31st May.
The aim of the day is to promote Pony Club Tetrathlon and Triathlon to Pony Club members and non- members and increase the number of people involved in the sport, whilst also providing coaching in the shoot, swim and run disciplines, which will hopefully also benefit the performance of those already involved in the sport.
Whilst the main focus of the day will be pony club, I would also like the opportunity to raise their awareness of Modern Pentathlon and provide them with the opportunity to fence on the day also.

Llannefydd Fun Ride
Just a note to say we’re looking forward to welcoming your members on our Fun Ride on May the 26th at Cefn Estate Fields (LL17 0EY).
Horse and Pony Care at Somerset House, Malpas
They were a young team representing F and D and they did ever so well.
There were 8 teams and they were 4th . I know they had one of the highest scores for the “Stable” section. They also won the guess the age of the pony competition. Well done for going along and having a go. Meg.
