Following your feedback at the recent Annual Conference we would like to ask for your help to encourage as many Members as possible to have a look at the online versions of The Pony Club Annual.
Why Online? The Pony Club Annual was produced in an online format for 2012 following feedback from our Branches that distribution in the print current form was far from ideal, coupled the publication no longer enjoying the support of a title sponsor to help cover postage and print costs.
How Do Members Get Access? An email containing a link for download was sent directly to your Members, via the email address listed for them in the Membership Database, in both December and February. If your Members’ emails are not on the database or they have not received the email they can access a copy of The Annual via this link: //annual.pcuk.org or by following the link from the homepage of www.pcuk.org
Why do we want more views? We do recognise that the online format is an exciting, but different one, and we know for some a print copy would be preferred but sadly this option was not available to us for 2012. However, we plan to do some surveying around The Annual shortly, and in order to gauge an accurate range of opinions from our Membership we would very much like to encourage as may Members to view it as possible, so we can hear their opinions and look to improve it for them going forwards. As it is Half Term, we would be most grateful if you could remind them of where they can find The Annuals, and to have a look.

Congratulations and Well Done to Ceri Wynne Jones (10) and Madeline Maher (12) who qualified for the National triathlon Championships at Milton Keynes recently.

Llandyrnog District Fun Day Change of Date
Due to the snow drifts on the mountain and at Plas Dolben I am going to change the date of the Fun Day to Sat 27th April.
Even if the snow has all cleared by the 13th, the fields will be too wet to park and ride on.
Hope all members booked in will be able to make it.

Royal Welsh Spring Festival
Hope you don’t mind me contacting you with regards to a new event this year at the Royal Welsh Spring Festival (18th & 19th May 2013), this year the show has included a Working Hunter and Show Jumping Show to be held in the main arena. Hopefully you can generate interest and forward onto your members so that we can make this new addition a success and bring more horsey activities to the calendar. The entries have been open for the past 6 weeks put close on the 1st April – classes start from lead rein and go up to 1.10m and also include a team challenge (teams of 4).
