Winter League Show Jumping

The  schedule for the East Cheshire WL Show Jumping competition on October 14th at Somerford Park is below. The organiser is asking for all team/individual names and cheques to be in by October 4th or entry may be denied. If you wish to enter please post me your cheque and class request NOW so that I can get everything off to them asap.

Those who competed on Sunday at Anglesey very well done, a cracking start to the league!

  • Class 1 – Juniors – 10 years and under – 1st round max. – 70cm/2’ 3”
  • Class 2 – Novice – 13 years and under – 1st round max. – 75cm/2’ 6”
  • Class 3 – Intermediate – any age – 1st round max. – 85cm/2’ 9”
  • Class 4 – Dengie Qualifier – any age – 1st round max. – 90cm/3’ 0”
  • Class 5 – Open – any age – 1st round max. – 100cm/3’ 3”
  • Class 6 – Advanced – any age – 1st round max. – 105cm/3’ 6”

Competition on Sunday 28th Oct at Southview. Schedule is  attached (Winter League schedule Southview 2012), so why not save on stamps and enter this one at the same time, cheques to me as usual

Llandyrnog Hunter Trials

We were so lucky with the weather!! The sun shone all day and every one seemed to have a great time.

Thank you to every one who supported this annual event. A big thank you to every one who gave their time to help set up and on the day, especially to my daughter Rhian and her friends Fiona, Lucy, Susie, Catherine & Harriet , who gave up their Saturday to help. It is very much appreciated.

PRA/PC Pony Racing Training Days 2012 / 2013

The day begins at 9.15am and ends approximately at 4.00 – 4.15pm.

Members and their pony will be assessed as to their ability, confidence & competence and at the end of the day will be informed by the Assessor as to whether they have passed. If this is the case then they will be able to use this qualification to enter a Pony Club Race Day and be eligible to take part in Point-to-Point Pony races staged in 2013.

The cost of the day is £50.00 (cheques made payable to the Pony Racing Authority). Please fill in the TD Attendee Application Entry Form Sept 2012 (attached) and return to the relevant organiser below.

There is a helpful Tack Check List (Tack Check List). This will ensure you have the correct equipment before attending the day. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the organiser or The Pony Club Office.

Pony Club Instructors …

You are welcome to attend these days as part of your Instructor Accreditation – please contact the person on the list below or The Pony Club Office for details. The cost will be £10 (payable to the Pony Club Area) and you must attend the morning and afternoon session.
