Cheshire Hunt (North) Branch of the Pony Club – Beginners One Day Event which was held at Smallwood, Cheshire on Saturday 9th June 2012.
A few Flint and Denbigh members braved the weather and travelled over to Smallwood to compete in their first one day event, Ffion Thomas riding her own pony Bally Bee gave a finely tuned performance to win Class 3a finishing on their dressage score, Libby Edwards and Milton had a slight navigation blip, but realised they had missed a fence and quickly looped back to jump clear on the XC and came 5th in Class 3a, Steph Parsley, Ella Dowber, Sali Wyn-Wheway and Hermione Williams all gave excellent performances and are all looking forward to their next event.
