Seasons Greetings …
On behalf of Bethan and myself I would like to wish all members and their families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your support during the year and a special thank you to every one who helped at events, camp, rallies etc. Your support and help is very much appreciated.
Also a big thank you to the Committee, Merry Christmas to you all.
Hope you all have a good holiday, see you in 2012.
Pony Club Membership Form 2012 is Attached (Renewal Form 2012)
Your Pony Club Membership and Insurance needs renewing BEFORE 1st January 2012.
You will not be allowed to attend ANY Pony Club Event, Hunt or Compete if you have not renewed your membership.
Can I ask you all to make sure you complete the Gift Aid slip at the bottom of the application form. I have received some with that section not filled in.
On a payment of £58 HQ are able to recover £14.50. You are entitled to sign the Declaration if you are an Income Tax payer or a Capital Gains Tax payer, and it will cost you absolutely nothing.

Burghley Horse Trials
There is one place for the Burghley Pony Club competition that is held on the Sunday of Burghley. If anyone is interested in going please could you let me know asap.
Ponies need to be 153cm or under, riders 18yrs and under.

Tanatside Hunt Branch of the Pony Club
Dengie dressage entry form and Dengie Dressage Schedule for our Winter Dressage competition on the 15th of January are attached. The first class can either be entered on its own or as a warm up for the novice.
