Endurance Ride …

This pleasure ride would be a good intro / training session for all those interested in endurance –  especially the 15 mile class which has a vetting at the beginning and the end. If you are aiming to do a competitive ride you should aim to complete the 15 mile ride in less than 2.5 hours. Kate williams

Hi – just a quick reminder to everyone about this fantastic ride which is happening next weekend.

There will be a 10, 15 and 20 mile pleasure ride option. If you want to have a go at a competitive ride – there is a next step class of 15 miles, with a vetting, plus the normal 20 and 30 mile competitive classes.

This will be the last time this ride will be held at Mitchells due to the venue closing and we have a super route for you! We have the Mitchells course, fantastic stubble fields, a ride through the Woods and very little road work.

Please come along and support us!

If you can help – you can ride the day before.

Looking forward to hearing from you

Hunter Trials …

As you may know the Plas yn Cwm Hunter Trials take place on Sunday 25th September. The Hunter Trials are a fantastic fundraiser for the Hunt and require a considerable effort from us all to make them happen.

We require about 20 fence judges for the day (it is possible to do half days if you plan to take part so you have no excuse).

It seems to be the same small group of people who generously volunteer for the Fun Rides and other events. We really need everyone to help out at some stage so if you can, please volunteer for fence judging.

“Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the success”

Please either contact Jeremy at the kennels (01745 582421) or email John Kissane jekissane@hotmail.com

At the Hunter Trials we will also have a cake stall so if you can bake a cake and bring it on the day that would be fantastic.
