Find attached details for a triathlon. Younger riders (Junior and under) can combine their score with the riding on 17th September to form a Tetrathlon (below).
Cheshire Hunt South Eventers Challenge
This will be held on 17th September at Cheshire Riding School, Brook House Farm, Cogshall Lane, Northwich CW9 6BS. There will be classes for all abilities from barely jumping to Junior Tetrathlon level (90cm) and the course will be a mixture of working hunter fences and show jumps. This event forms a Tetrathlon with the Triathlon at Alsager on 11th September. Schedule to follow after 30th August.
Pony Club Championships Results
Well done to Katie Davies who competed as part of an Area 5 Polocrosse team: they came 3rd in the plate and 3rd in the tack and turnout.
Well done to the Senior Mounted Games team of Sophie and Eden Greaves, Lois Williams, Alex Owen and Katie Davies. They competed in a very hard heat and finished in a very respectable 7th place with 19 points, just missing out on a place in the final, to compete for the last two slots at HOYS. The top 5 in their heat went on to finish top 5 in the final, just to give you an idea of the competition they faced!
Last but by no means least, a HUGE congratulations to the Open Eventing and Open Show Jumping team of Lois Roberts, Sophie Toogood, Brier Leahy and Heidi O’Brien. They just missed out on retaining their show jumping title and had to take 2nd place, but they made up for it with the eventing, winning by nearly 100 points!!
