Triathlon Wrekin College, Telford, January 2013

What a successful Triathlon F‘n D had at Wrekin College last Sunday January 27th 2013. Great facilities and we even had entertainment while we ate our picnic in the way of breathtaking gymnastic training going on at the same time!
We had 10 F’n D competitors (60 in total) and once again, all ten came home with a rosette or a medal (or two) ! There were 15 teams competing and our two teams came 6th and 7th. Very respectable. The Full Report is on the website. //www.fndponyclub.org.uk/
Well done all … Meg G

Test Riding Day Monday 25th March at Maelor.

  • What is a test riding day?
  • Choose a PC Dressage test from the following all can be found on main PC website
  • C level test (for beginners)
  • Novice Dressage Test 2009
  • Intermediate Dressage Test 2013
  • Open Dressage Test 2008

Warm up your pony as you would usually, perform your dressage test. The test can be called on the day. Jo will mark your test and then will give you a 30min lesson on how to improve your test, you will then perform the test again usually improving on your previous score. This is an excellent way to learn dressage skills whilst making it fun
Ponies do not need to be plaited and you can wear PC sweatshirts.

If you would like to take part send me a cheque for £10 per pony, on the back of the cheque place your name and the test you are doing.

Cheque made payable to Flint and Denbigh Hunt Branch of the PC Cefn Area.
