What a successful Triathlon F‘n D had at Wrekin College last Sunday January 27th 2013. Great facilities and we even had entertainment while we ate our picnic in the way of breathtaking gymnastic training going on at the same time!
We had 10 F’n D competitors (60 in total) and once again, all ten came home with a rosette or a medal (or two) ! There were 15 teams competing and our two teams came 6th and 7th. Very respectable.
Individual achievements were …
Mini Boys
- Ted Evans came 2nd in the Mini Boys (Age 8-9)
- Jac Evans came 3rd in the Mini Boys (10 – 11) with a brilliant (Top) shoot and swim.
Mini Girls (8 – 9)
- Meg Woodcock 2nd
- Neisha Roberts 3rd (Top run),
- Orlagh Toner 4th (Top shoot)
- Hermione Williams 5th
Mini Girls (10 – 11)
- Steph Parsley 4th (who achieved PB’s across the board)
- Mia Roberts 5th (brilliant swim)
Junior Boys
- Ben Read 2nd (top shoot)
Junior girls
- Megan Goodey 4th in the Junior girls in a strong class.
