Congratulations

Well Done to all the F&D members who represented the F&D Branch and Area 5 at the Novice Championships at Kelsall Hill, last week-end.

  • Dressage: Abi Cocking, Hannah Saunders & Rebeca Owen. Rebeca was placed 6th in her Arena.
  • Individual Eventing : Oliver Williams was placed 4th Ind in his Arena.
  • Also to Alice Davies Cooke and Zahra Bennett who competed in the Newcomers SJ Class. Alice won the class and Zahra was 11th.

Llanasa District …

… is holding a dressage training day at Mostyn Farm on Sunday 2nd September. Paul Davies will be teaching 45min one-to-one lessons at a cost of £10 each.

  • Places are strictly limited, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, on receipt of payment.
  • Riders do not need previous dressage experience to benefit from the session.
  • Please book your place by using the Llanasa Dressage Training Day Booking Form, and send payment to Penny Lynch.
  • Apologies for the short notice, this was Paul’s only available date in September.
  • We will be organising a few more sessions for the forthcoming fixture list.

If there are any members wanting to take R&R Test or Badges, D, D+, C or C+ tests can you please let me know so that we can arrange dates and tuition.

  • Recommended ages are: D 8 years, D+ 10 years, C 11 years and C+ 13 years.
  • Mini Riding & Roadsafety Badge must be achieved BEFORE D & D+ tests
  • Riding & Roadsafety Badge or Test must be achieved BEFORE C & C+ tests.
