The last Winter League Show Jumping competition of 2011 was held at Southview and again entries were restricted so we had quite a few unhappy show jumpers, but those who did get a place did very well.
Class 1 did a great job but had an unlucky pole down in the second round which put them 5th.
Class 2 could not have done any better as they won their class and individually Lucy Roberts and Jake were 2nd, Megan Goodey and Joe were 4th and Megan Woodcock and Lucy were 6th. Well done girls.
Class 3 was also won by the Flint and Denbigh’s Georgia Cabb, Shannon Williams, Joslyn Fedricks and Lily Ann Pardoe and I am sure there were individual placings but i don’t have the results sheet.
Our open team were once more unvictorious at Southview where we seem to be setting a trend for not getting placed!! I think we were 7th this time.
I hope to see you all again next year, training will resume in January, in the meantime i hope you all have a lovely christmas.
