If you do not intend renewing please let me know so that I can remove your details from the database.
Membership Renewal
Membership of The Pony Club. This falls due on January 1, 2011, (unless you have joined after 1st Sep 2010) and covers membership for the whole of the calendar year 2011.
You will not be able to attend ANY Pony Club event if you have not renewed your membership. The new Fixture List will be out soon, it will not be sent out to members who have not rejoined as we will not be able to accept bookings from them.

Both membership and insurance cover will automatically terminate if the subscription is not paid by January 31.
Can I remind you that if the subscription is not renewed by this date the Member will not be eligible to compete in ANY Area Qualifying competitions during 2011
Could I please ask all members to add the £3 admin/postage charge when paying for their renewal. I have received a few without the £3 added.
Could you also ensure that you complete the Gift Aid section at the bottom of the Form. I have received some without that section having been filled in. Pony Club HQ are able to add an extra 28p to every pound donated by reclaiming tax under Gift Aid.
I have attached the correct Renewal Form again for you to use. (Has the £3 and my address printed on it). If you can not open the attachment, try saving it first, then open.

JUNIOR COMMITTEE
It was decided at the recent Committee meeting that the F&D Branch would form a Junior Committee, to run under the main committee. It would be made up of Young Instructors/Senior PC members, 2 members from each District, age 15-25 years. They would represent the branch members and help run fundraising events, badges and help out at camp & competitions. Any one wishing to be considered, or wanting more information, should contact Katy P Jones at katy@hendrerwyddfarm.com
Katy & Louise will then arrange an evening to set up the committee and elect officials.
AREA 5 PONY CLUB QUIZ
The area quiz will now be held on Sunday 27th Feb 2011. This is an Area Competition between all the Pony Club Branches in Area 5. (all 15 of them plus the PC Centres) The winning team from each Area then goes on to compete at the final on 17th April at Warwickshire College

Pony Racing Training Day
After the successful running of the Pony Racing Training Day at Aintree last October half term – there have been a number of enquiries into the possibility of having an actual Race Day.
Haydock Park Racecourse have very kindly offered us a date of Sunday, 8th May.
Please could you circulate this date to your Branches and let me know if this would be of interest to your Members and that the date does not clash with anything in your Area. I believe the only Area competition scheduled for that weekend that would directly effect it is Area 3 Mounted Games on Saturday, 7th. Areas 10 & 12 hold their MG Areas on Sunday, 8th – which are a little further away.
As time is ticking away and dates get booked quickly – I would be grateful if you or your Branches could let me have your views as soon as possible. Branches can email me directly if this would help info@pcuk.org
